Generally overall first class across the board. Nothing that a lick of paint could do and checking heating etc on regular basis.
Nothing could be better. Everyone and everything is wonderful.
All perfect.
Everyone was treated as an individual, listened to and opinions acknowledged. People were treated with respect and dignity meeting each individuals needs. No question was ignored or unanswered and people were given the chance to speak.
There is nothing that I would change.
A brilliant service, helped my daughter and I a great deal. Keep up the good work!
Excellent care.
I felt really safe and comfortable and really enjoyed my three weeks there.
And I don't think anything can be improved.
My husband died in St Peters (September 2015). The staff gave me the right information at the right time. I felt supported and comfortable. This is what end of life care should be like. I can not recommend St Peters highly enough.
My husbands, time at St Peter allowed me and my (our) children to remember good times, instead of living bad times. The music therapy helped my husband write to his children, it was very special.
We as a society should talk more about death.
End of life care (last few months) should be of the standard St Peters offer.
One of the hardest things in my husbands terminal illness was a transfer to a nursing home. Very good though the nursing home was, they didn't understand "end of life" in the same way St Peters do.
I feel incredibly grateful he was able to die at St Peters.
